Fukuoka Prefecture has increased the maximum subsidy for its "Corporate Location Promotion Subsidy," which assists businesses entering the prefecture, from 1 billion yen to 5 billion yen. Previously, the limit for key sectors like semiconductors, energy storage, and aerospace was 1 billion yen. Additionally, the employment requirement for the manufacturing and road freight transportation industries has been relaxed from "10 or more residents" to "5 or more residents," aiming to further attract industries such as semiconductors and automotive.
