Real estate firm Hulic will open its new mixed-use building, "Hulic Square Fukuoka Tenjin," on January 31. Part of the "Tenjin Big Bang" redevelopment initiative in Fukuoka City, the 19-story structure (with three basement levels) offers approximately 20,000 square meters of floor space. The lower floors (B2 to 2F) are dedicated to retail, floors 3 to 8 are office spaces, and floors 10 to 19 house "The Gate Hotel," marking its first entry into Kyushu.
