Sekisui House and Nishi-Nippon Railroad have announced that a portion of the commercial facilities on the lower floors of Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City, a complex currently under construction in Tenjin, will open this April. The keystone of the facility is a combined hotel and office building that has one basement floor and 25 floors above ground. With 2,500 m2 of office space on each floor, it will be one of the largest office buildings in Kyushu. The commercial facility will open in April with an apparel store and two other stores occupying the first floor. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, which will occupy floors 17 to 24, is preparing to open sometime in the spring.
