LaSalle Investment Management, a real estate investment advisory company based in Tokyo and a subsidiary of US-based real estate service provider Jones Lang LaSalle, will develop a multi-tenant logistics facility called "Logiport Fukuoka Kasuya" in Kasuya. The site area is about 81,700 square meters, with a three-story building and a total floor area of approximately 92,600 square meters. Construction will start in June, with completion scheduled for August 2024. The facility is being developed in response to high demand for large logistics facilities in areas with excellent transportation access, such as near highway interchanges.
