Mapletree Investments Japan Expands Operations in Kyushu
In July, Mapletree Investments Japan, a real estate development and investment company affiliated with the Singapore government, launched operations at its first logistics center in Kyushu, the "Mapletree Chikushino Logistics Center" in Chikushino City. The facility is built to international standards, featuring flat and even flooring, making it ideal for semiconductor-related companies and precision machinery businesses that require high-quality storage environments. As demand for logistics facilities in Kyushu continues to grow, both domestic and foreign real estate companies are expanding into the region. Mapletree plans to construct additional logistics centers in Kyushu over the next five years, contributing to the local economy.
