IBM Japan Opens AI-Driven BPO Center in Kitakyushu
IBM Japan has launched an AI-driven Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service in Kitakyushu. This service aims to automate indirect tasks such as finance and order management for client companies by using AI to read and execute operational manuals. In addition to improving efficiency, the service also focuses on enhancing accuracy and productivity through business process reengineering consulting. Since establishing its system development center in Kitakyushu in 2022, IBM Japan has been gradually expanding its operations, now employing 350 people.
